10of us took a 40min train ride to loch lomond last saturday...now,feast ur eyes on this......

breathtaking eh?the scenery there was nice,but the only downside was probably the weather..thank God it didnt rain tho =) n didnt make it to Luss*knocks head on wall*
didnt go a-r-O-u-n-d the loch...tell u, the loch is freakin big,more like a sea than a lake.(loch = lake) loch lomond is the largest supply of fresh water(i probably need to rephrase thisXD) in both scotland and GB.


-one ppl missing...hussein or hassan i dunno lah XD but anyhow it's da same coz they r twins...n just in case u're wondering who's the angmoh,he's my buddy gordon...the guy bside him,hussein/hassan is his kawan.

if being away from home is not sad enough,the freakin expensive 5GBP/piece of mooncake and the lack of festive-feel+lanterns were sad enough to make me homesick...
haha...anywayz,risking our lives(bloody angmohs are back!),we decided to have a wee celebration with whatever we could get...at least to celebrate the mid-autumn festival with a really "autumn" feel lar...er..get it?get it?

the moon that night was bright(minus the dark clouds which covered it once in awhile),but not the biggest i've seen lar in glasgow...
after lighting da candles(the strong wind was so not helping) and arranged it around the bbq area,we decided take photos with it....nothing better to do already ba,da guyz just couldn wait to get their arse back to the hostels coz it was cold and to get themselves drunk. XD

and after the phototaking session...we didnt know what else to do....so we did what ppl would normally do with candles during any festive celebrations....XD

had a week drinkin session(again) after finished playing with candles...cannot blame our frequent drinking session lar since alcohol are cheaper than water...XD n i seriously think few cans of Carlings+4bottles of Sminoff+2bottles of Coke wont be enough to make 17of us drunk lor...rite?rite?*smirk*
oh btw btw...just in case u're wondering,we did have a taste of mooncake...1 piece of mooncake shared among 17 of us XD

A trip to Deutschland

we spent a day in Germany,Frankfurt before our flight to Czech..guess it was all the luggage hassles that made our day in Frankfurt somehow...a lil' sucky.

- Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof = Frankfurt main train station-

Anyway,we had our lunch at the German market...got my 1st taste of FAT pork..argh~*shudders* half of my 3euros worth of meat went down the bin XD then we lepak around the city,which MAGGI was spotted!fresh flowers were sold at a relatively cheap price...1 stalk of sunflower 1euro only wey...so gonna drag my future bf here next time!*evil laughter*

lotsa historical monuments,but we never study German history oso...dunno how 2read the info there oso coz it's written all in german...don't care lah,just grab our cameras and camwhore only XD

and...we got oh so excited because of this...

-A catholic(i think) church we entered...coz we saw lotsa tourists entering,plus the entrance is free XP

then after 3nites spent in Czech,we went back to Germany(2 thumbs up to EasyJet!),spending half a day in Dortmund.paid a few euros(can't remember how much) to enter a seemingly abandoned park -___-" oh btw,flamingoes are really pink..PINK!gosh,i thought pink flamingoes only appear in story books... visited the stadium which housed BSV Dortmund as well(don't ask me,no idea).

took an endless train journey to Fuessen later...for the highlight of this Germany trip..

my opinion?

the sceneries around the castle worth the merit more than the castle itself.frankly,the castle didn't really impress me,but the sceneries did.very much.

then it was a looOOOONG train trip before we finally reached Berlin.after settling down in our hostel(try counting how many dayz i didn't bathe XP),we visited the Reichstag,the German parliament,which seriously put us Msians to shame.our parliament building sad case can..

-on top of the Reichstag building.-

-down there sits the hall where parliament meetings are held.these glasses are supposed to reflect the sunlights to provide both light+heat.fuh..talkin about canggih-ness+saving fuel!-

went to the Brandenburg Gate and the monument in memories of the Jews killed during the Nazi regime as well.we nearly gave the 'jaga' a heart attack thereXD

our day ended with a wee drinkin session at the club near our hostel.

2nd day was my long awaited visit to the Berlin wall after looking at it through my encyclopedia since i was a kid.peiling said Berlin wall could be named as the most disappointing tourist spot(together with the copenhagen mermaid+s'pore merlion) but i think otherwised.i am in fact impressed by the graffiti.very much.

our last night in Germany was spent at the Sony Centre.yup,Sony Centre.haha...with the combination of other buildings around,namely the DB building(DB=die bahnhof=the train=germany public transport) the view was....WHOA~!!cosmopolitan..metropolitan...whatever XD

dinner was the long spoken Germany famous pork knuckles.grilled or cooked(traditional).

damn the idea of digging into the pork knuckles,especially those cooked ones still give me cold shivers.

had a wee talk with qris while preparing dinner yesterday..it was about "neglecting fellow friends around when a person's attached".

browsed through friendster photos of my A-level mates today,which made me recall my A-level memories...and realised suddenly how much i've missed them.and UCSI.

combined both together reminds me of my later A-level moments when i was "attached".

i was once the "bad friend" qris+i talked about...sacrificing time with friends to be with the so-called "dear",even when the gathering might be the last one we gonna have as coursemates.

i was once the "bad daughter" qris+i talked about too...argue and rude towards mum+dad because what they said about the so-called "dear" is "wrong",even when mum+dad loved me so so much.

somehow behind those tough times,i discovered stuff which i might never realise its existence.i thought i've lost something,but i gained something even more precious.priceless stuff =)

to those who keep askin me the same old question...

"yes,i'm happy with my current status.tho lonely sometimes,i'm happily discovering the LovesSSS showered on me everyday...mum+dad,friends,and most importantly..my heavenly Father =)"
