makcik that ASS-U-ME

There was this makcik who came into the shop to get a few pieces of Lionsdale t-shirts.It was pretty obvious that she came from the same country as I am...so being friendly,i sorta made a wee chat with her la while she was payin for her stuffs.

"Jumpa lagi." was the joke she cracked before she left.

true enough.moments later she returned.

and she claimed that there was a mistake in the receipt.
2 same shirts with different prices.

yea no doubt.I do admit that Lionsdale tshirts do look the same most of the time...but I pointed out to her later on the differences in design+the different barcode.

and the VERY THE OBVIOUS DIFFERENT PRICE TAG.

dei...the font is at least size 20 ok?

at first,I felt abit apologetic..but the more she accused,the more pissed I became.(oi,makcik..ingat pasar malam ka?)She insisted that it was our fault to put 2different clothes in the same rack,and insisted that the 2shirts were the same.-____-"

we told her right from the beginning there were no way of a refund.and credit notes were the most we could give her.repeated a few times somemore ok...frustrated,i actually repeated the same line using bahasa melayu.

and i assumed she abit terasa lar(coz she replied me in perfect grammatically correct english)...maybe she thought I was assuming that she couldn't understand english or something...

in the end,she still ASSUMED that the tshirts were the same because they were of the same material and put at the same rack...and still INSISTED that it was our fault for making them looks the same+not giving her a refund.

and oi makcik,I bloody did NOT assume u tak paham bahasa inggeris ok?because cikgu david ajar kita tak baik hari hari pakai assume aje.lain kali....boleh guna CONFIRM?
