A week and counting...

I miss you.

red.green.yellow.

just noticed those are the colours of traffic lights too.

in HSM,

Red is to record your next appointment with the Dr (TCA),
Green if u're on "Ubat Pakar" a.k.a expensive medicines, and
Yellow if the amount of medicines you are consuming > the amount of food you are consuming.

oh and Blue..which is given if u're taking long term of syrup form medicines.

and the other day when i was dispensing to a patient with Yellow card,i spotted some scribblings at the corner of her card...

told JasMin(yea..the IMU one) about it and she finds it terribly funny.

Thats why i'm blogging about it.

hm..i wonder what will happen if we asked "ada kad kuning?" instead of "ada yellow card?" during her visit to the dispensary next time.

I met her at the beach one evening
and that was my last time seeing her.

She met with an accident less than 24hrs later.

her youngest daughter is only 11yo.

I first met him near Buchanan Gallery.
and he was there for his sister's graduation.
Met him again near the laundry
and he told me he had fun touring around Europe.

He was found dead after not returning from a marathon.

He was only 22yo.

Newbie HO!wehehehe..That's when I know it's time to have some fun...provided Satellite Pharmacy's not busy la that is.

"Hello selamat pagi Ward 9 staff nurse XXX(I swear i NEVER EVER managed to get their names!) cakap boleh saya bantu?(yaya all in 1 breath no comma wan)

"Hello ini dari Satellite,Dr XX ade?"

at the other end of the phone...Dr XX!!telephone!!pharmacist dari satellite!!

Dr: "Hello,yea?"
Pharm:"Hi Dr,bagi patient ABC katil 1 ya,nak confirm lah..Dr nak Olanzapine ke atau diazepam(coz diazepam's the only -zepam with 10mgXD) ya?

Dr:*grunt* (I SWEAR i heard a bloody grunt!) "tunggu saya check"

HAHAHAHAHA

Dr:"Eh saya tulis Olanzepam kat sana kan?"
Pharm:"yea"
Dr:*as a matter of factly* "yalah,nak Olanzepam lah tu..apalagi nak tanye?"(okok i made the last part up HAHAHA)
Pharm:"but Dr...kita takde Olanzepam lah..ada Olanzapine dengan Diazepam aje"

HAHAHAHAHA I SO WANTED TO LAUGH HAHAHAHA

Dr:"ye ke?tapi saya ikut je old medication patient..(I SWEAR that fella still don't believe me lor) okok,nanti..saya pergi check"

came back 2min later...

Dr:" oh sorrie sorry..nak Olanzapine 10mg ON."

HAAHAHAHAHAH TOO FUNNY....i know,1 day i sure got balasan wan.

HAHAHAHAHA!

p/s: look out for Tab.Ranitidine 50mg/T.perindopril 20mg/T.Lovastatin 4mg...if u wanna try the same. =D
